Linda has lived in Kissimmee in 1972, and started Goodwin Realty in 1973. She has served as broker and owner for 52 years now. The company has always been a small boutique office serving our community from within. She has been the previous president of the Osceola County Association of Realtors, has been recognized as realtor of the year as well as serving as District 12 Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors. She also currently holds designations from Graduate Realtor Institute as well as Certified Residential Special and Certified Mediator thru Florida Realtors.
